Pistol Youth

Pistol Youth

About the Artist

Pistol Youth frontman ‘Bradley Hanan Carter' admired the conception of Ben Gibbard's ‘The Postal Service' so much it inspired him to get together some friends and start his own long distance project across the internet.

After releasing the bands first EP ‘Smiling Can Backfire' in 2007 ‘Carter invited the other members of Pistol Youth to come visit in LA so they could finally meet each other and mess around with writing music together in the same room. Some of the material from those early 2008 sessions made it to the band's 2010 debut album ‘My Own Private Amsterdam.'
