Outward Sound is pleased to announce the 2nd round of grant recipients for 2015.

Twelve International Music Market Development grants were awarded.

Unknown Mortal Orchestra: North American/European tour in support of the release of their third album Multi-Love through label Jagjaguar.

Katchafire Band: Twenty-seven date USA/European Tour.

Saiko Management/Thomston: Showcasing and festival shows in Europe, UK, including appearance at The Great Escape and writing sessions.


Princess Chelsea: Seven week European tour to coincide with the release of Princess Chelsea's second album, The Great Cybernetic Depression.

Silicon: Worldwide tours to set up the release of debut Silicon album Personal Computer through label Domino Recordings.

Aston Road/Louis Baker: Showcase tour of the UK/Europe and Australia in support of the release of Louis' debut EP. Including appearances at The Great Escape in Brighton and Soundcity in Liverpool.

Tahuna Breaks: 2015 European tour including appearances at Glastonbury and the Montreux Jazz Festival.

Marlon Williams: USA/Canada trip to set up label/publicity/agent team to support the North American release of Marlon's debut album

Surf City: Showcase tours of Australia, UK, and Europe in support of the release of the band's 3rd album Jekyll Island through Fire Records and Popfrenzy. Includes appearance at The Great Escape.

Homespun Music Management/Jesse Sheehan: To showcase in and around The Great Escape and Soundcity festivals.

The Bads: Meeting with business partners in Nashville and LA and performing at Marty Stuart's ‘The Late Night Jam'.

Luckless: Thirty four date UK & European tour including showcasing in and around Soundcity Liverpool.

 

Applications for the next round of Outward Sound grants close on July 20th 2015 at 5pm.
