YOU, ME, EVERYBODY Release Debut Self-titled EP on February 7th

January 21st 2020
You, Me, Everybody is about gifting others their moment to shine, a celebration of the virtuosity of the individual and the camaraderie of coming together in a musical moment. Taking their inspiration from a range of musical styles, You, Me, Everybody start at bluegrass, weaving jazz, country and blues to create a dynamic sound that showcases the very best of Americana.

Their backgrounds are as diverse as their ages and musical styles. Brothers Laurence and Sam Frangos-Rhodes are best known for their contributions to family band, RhodeWorks. Nat Torkington is the resident banjo player for Northland based band, The Pipi Pickers and bassist James Geluk is most known for his work with The Frank Burkitt Band. Vocalist Kim Bonnington is known for her work as a solo artist as well as providing harmonies for a variety of NZ acts.

Together, You, Me, Everybody celebrates the best of the myriad of talents that they possess. You’ll hear traditional bluegrass alongside experimental rhythms. Their formidable musicianship is evident from their control of their instruments as well as their close, soaring harmonies.
